Furthermore, the Customer also hereby agrees and consents to Pharmasal Limited sharing personal information and other data collected with other companies in the group to which Pharmasal Limited forms part in compliance with applicable Data Protection legislation. Should the Customer wish to have access to the information and data held, to effect any changes to such data, or to cease to receive any marketing or promotional material from Pharmasal Limited or any in the group, the Customer is requested to inform Pharmasal Limited by email on contactus@springs.mt.

Moreover, the Customer also hereby agrees and consents that for the better carrying out of services by Pharmasal Limited as well as for training purposes and/or in order to improve the quality of customer services, Pharmasal Limited may monitor and/or record communications, including any telephone calls made to or by Pharmasal Limited.

General
Pharmasal Limited may assign, transfer or sub-contract any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any third party. The Customer, however, is not entitled to assign, transfer or sub-contract any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without the express written consent of Pharmasal Limited.
Pharmasal Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Provided that such amendment shall be (a) published on its website: https://www.springs.mt and (b) such amendments shall not be more prejudicial to the rights of the Customer. No other variation or amendment to these Terms and Conditions shall bind either Party unless agreed to in writing by duly authorised by both Parties.


The headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and shall not have any legal or interpretative effect.


These Terms and Conditions govern the entire relationship between the Parties and will remain in force for the duration of the trading relationship in relation to the Goods. All previous agreements, undertakings, commitments, undertakings or representations on the part of the Parties are hereby superseded. No intellectual property rights in connection with the Goods shall evolve upon the Customer. Pharmasal Limited, or the manufacturer as the case may be, shall be the sole owners and/or licensors of such intellectual property, including any trademarks, patents or other similar rights.


You, the Customer in purchasing the Goods or in requesting Pharmasal Limited to carry out Services are expressly confirming that you have fully read and understood these Terms and Conditions and are aware of the contents thereof, including your obligations and the warranties and limitations on liability set out herein.

 

Governing Law
This is a Maltese website, and is therefore subject, along with all rights pertaining to it, to the laws of the jurisdiction of the Republic of Malta.


Any purchase entered through the website shall be treated and regulated as a contract of sale entered into in terms of Maltese law.


Any disputes arising in relation to any purchases made on this Website, or which are otherwise related to this Website or the Services or Products being offered on the Website, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.
